It is with great pleasure that I am writing to invite your film PELO
OUVIDO/THROUGH EAR to participate in our festival.
 
This year the 19th London Latin American Film Festival (LLAFF) will take
place from 6th to 15th November 2009 at the Riverside Studios Cinema in
Hammersmith and at cultural and academic venues around London.
 
The festival is a cultural event dedicated to screening the best of
contemporary Latin American cinema, awarding a special Audience Prize and
providing a platform for the distribution and sales of the films.
 
Now in its nineteenth year, LLAFF is an event that is almost entirely
financially supported by independent patrons together with a small amount
of local government funding. LLAFF enjoys the support of the Association of
Cultural Attaches from Latin American, Spain and Portugal in the UK
(ACALASP).
 
LLAFF is happy to accept films in BETACAM SP PAL, DIGIBETA PAL, DVCAM PAL &
MINIDV PAL.  We request that all feature films, shorts and documentaries
are subtitled in English.
 
I hope that you will accept this invitation to become part of this exciting
event. Please send me any supporting publicity material for the catalogue
and for promotion in the festival as soon as possible. This should include:
the synopsis, the credit list, film stills (colour or black and white),
posters, press cuttings and a DVD copy of the film for preview.

Exhibition copies should be submitted by 2nd October 2009.
The transportation of all materials is the responsibility of the
participants. Please mark clearly that the parcel has
NO COMMERCIAL VALUE, FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY.
 
The festival only accepts and exhibits copies of films subtitled in English

financiamento do governo local. LLAFF beneficia do apoio da Associação dos Atribui Cultural da América Latina, Espanha e Portugal, no Reino Unido (ACALASP).
 
LLAFF tem o prazer de aceitar filmes em Betacam SP PAL, DigiBeta PAL, DVCAM PAL & MiniDV PAL. Pedimos que todos os longas-metragens, curtas e documentários são legendados em Inglês.
 
Espero que você vai aceitar o convite para fazer parte desta excitante evento. Por favor, envie-me qualquer apoio material publicitário para o catálogo e para a promoção do festival com a maior brevidade possível. Isto deve incluir:
a sinopse, o crédito lista, filme alambiques (cor ou preto e branco), cartazes, imprensa e uma cópia em DVD de filme para a visualização.
