Correspondência de Los Angeles Hello Joaquim, Congratulations, we are pleased to inform you that your project, Pelo Ouvido, has been chosen as an official selection of the fourth annual Independent Television Festival! The festival will take place at Los Angeles’ Laemmle Sunset Five Theater July 31-August 6th, with an opening party to kick of the event on the eve of July 30th. We are all very excited about your involvement and are eager to meet you. The times of the screenings, panels and the rest of the schedule is not yet set in stone, but will be shortly. There will be panels and screenings happening everyday from July 31st- August 6th. We will keep you abreast of details as they come to light, but in the mean time, we appreciate you submitting your work, the festival couldn't happen without it. Due to some partnership arrangements we have made, there are some additional stipulations that I will be calling to discuss with you. You should expect my phone call sometime in the next couple of days. In the meanwhile, we need some information from you by the end of this week. Please send an email in response with the subject ITVFEST PROGRAM GUIDE and in the body include the following information: Title of your project: Executive Producer: Producer: Director: Actors: Logline: We will need your final exhibition copy of your show in DVD or Blu-Ray format by July 10th at the absolute latest. If we do not receive it on the 10th we will assume you would like us to screen the screener you submitted. All final versions should be in 16 X 9 format. Please do not change the length of your show unless you discuss it with someone from the festival first. If we do not have a trailer or still photos, we will need those by July 3rd in .jpg, 300 dpi. We are very happy to have you a part of our festival this year.
